Kenkichi Apps (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the mobile applications provided by the Company (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Apps").

"Personal Information" refers to information about a living individual that can identify the specific individual by name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact information, or other descriptions, as well as data such as facial features, fingerprints, voiceprints, and health insurance numbers that can identify the individual from the data alone.

The Company collects information about app usage through Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob, services provided by Google LLC. The collected information includes advertising identifiers, device information, and app usage data. This information does not personally identify users. Additionally, we may request information such as an email address when you use our contact form.
Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)
The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:
- To provide, operate, and improve the Apps
- To respond to user inquiries
- To analyze usage of the Apps and improve service quality
- To deliver advertisements
- Other purposes related to the above
Article 4 (Changes to Purpose of Use)
- The Company may change the purpose of use of personal information only if the new purpose is reasonably related to the original purpose.
- In the event of a change, the new purpose will be notified to users or published on the Company's website by the method specified by the Company.

- The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without prior user consent, except as permitted by law.
- When necessary to protect life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain user consent
- When particularly necessary for public health or the sound upbringing of children

- The Company will investigate and take appropriate action if necessary.

Article 9 (Advertising)
The Apps use Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. Advertising providers may use cookies and advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID / IDFA) to display ads based on user interests.

Article 10 (Analytics)
The Apps use Firebase Analytics, an analytics tool provided by Google. It collects and analyzes app usage data, which does not include personally identifiable information.

- This Policy may be changed without prior notice to users, except as otherwise specified.
- Unless otherwise specified, the revised Policy will become effective upon posting on the Company's website.
